Our review standard
- Every rating gets the same treatment. We do not remove a review because it is negative or rewrite a contributor’s opinion to make it more favorable.
- Firsthand experience matters. Say what you actually used and what happened. Distinguish a finished product from a prototype or concept.
- Disclose the context. Tell readers if you purchased the item, tested a prototype, received a gift or sample, or work with MR POCKET.
- Verification must be earned. A submitted review is not automatically a verified purchase. No invented reviews or unsupported purchase labels.
Photos and privacy
Share only photos you own or have permission to publish. Get permission from identifiable people. Keep private locations, claim details, addresses, order numbers and other personal information out of public submissions.
Moderation and corrections
We may hold or remove spam, impersonation, abuse, unrelated submissions, exposed personal information or material the contributor has no right to share. The same standards apply to positive and negative feedback.
