What is MR POCKET Standard?
A predetermined MR POCKET decoration package on an approved base item. Choose the available product options and order without designing a custom layout.
What is Customize Yours?
Where available, eligible products can offer choices from approved MR POCKET artwork, phrases, decoration methods and placements. Available options and pricing are shown for the exact product.
Are third-party branded base items genuine?
MR POCKET offers genuine third-party base products sourced through legitimate supply channels. A third-party trademark identifies the underlying item; it does not by itself mean that manufacturer sponsors, endorses or officially collaborates with MR POCKET.
What does “Decorated in Nevada” mean?
It refers to applicable decoration services performed in Nevada. It does not mean the underlying garment or item was manufactured in Nevada or the United States.
How long does production take?
Decorated-to-order products need production time before shipment. The estimate shown for the exact product or order applies. Inventory, quantity, decoration method and custom work can affect timing.
How should I choose a size?
Use the exact product’s manufacturer sizing data and compare it with a garment you already like. Product-specific information takes priority over generic size advice. See the Size & Fit guide for help measuring.
Can decorated or customized goods be returned?
They can have different return or exchange eligibility than undecorated goods, especially after production begins. Defects, incorrect production and fulfillment errors are handled separately from preference or sizing changes. The terms shown for the purchase apply.
Can I upload my own logo?
The consumer Custom Shop uses approved MR POCKET artwork. Crew and company projects can request separate artwork review.
Do you handle club, crew or company orders?
Yes. Group projects use a quote process so quantity, artwork, base-product availability, decoration, lead time and shipping can be confirmed before purchase.
